Did you know that you live in the world that you perceive? You can do anything you’d like and have anything you want in life, and the only person capable of limiting that growth is yourself. As humans, the perceptions and limitations we create are a direct result of past conditioning. After all, we are creatures of habit and our conditioning shapes our lives. in this faced-paced, modern culture we live in, most individuals are unaware that the subconscious mind controls one’s behaviors. This forces us to repeat the same patterns again and again, continually expecting different results.

What is “Create A New World?”

Create A New World (CNW) is embodied awareness of practice to transform your habits and to shift from a “familiar” self to a “new” self by practicing creating your experience from the inside out. Whatever challenge you may be faced with – weight loss, stress management, getting stuck in negative emotions, repeating the same reaction, etc. – the time is now to let go of the outdated versions of yourself, and begin creating the life you want.  CNW is a cutting-edge mind body program that blends mindfulness, self-development and whole-body movement. It is based on holistic views of science in consciousness studies, somatic psychology and embodiment.
